Orlando Health buys another downtown-area building

Orlando Health this week bought another medical office building at its main campus near downtown.

The nonprofit health system — with $8.1 billion in assets and $5.2 billion in 2022 revenue —on May 1 purchased a 0.46-acre property that is home to a 18,616-square-foot, two-story medical office building at 110 W. Underwood St. for $7.38 million, according to county records.

The property was sold by CRC Real Estate — an entity connected to Colon & Rectal Clinic of Orlando — and Larach Williamson General Partnership.
