VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A jury will return to a Volusia County courtroom Tuesday as resentencing for two convicted murderers resumes.

Troy Victorino and Jeron Hunter brutally beat six people to death over an Xbox back in 2004.
Their death sentences were overturned in 2017 because of a state law requiring a unanimous decision.

Now, an appeals court says a new law that overturns the old rule can be applied in this case.
So only eight out of 12 jurors are needed to put the suspects back on death row.
