ORLANDO, Fla. — SeaWorld Orlando is partnering with Navy Federal Credit Union to host a Veterans Day weekend celebration from Nov. 13 through Nov. 15. The event will feature patriotic park tributes, special ticket discounts and a fireworks spectacular.
The three-day event includes dedicated park features recognizing military service members, veterans and their families. Guests can visit an Honor Wall photo opportunity near the main entrance and a Field of Honor flag display outside Orca Stadium. Eligible military families can also access a Waves of Honor priority park entrance.
A patriotic picnic is scheduled for Nov. 15 from noon to 4 p.m. at Ports of Call for pass members, active-duty military members, veterans and their guests. Picnic tickets are $10 when purchased online in advance or $15 on the day of the event, subject to availability. Theme park admission is required and is not included with the picnic ticket.
Bradley Gilmour, park president of SeaWorld Orlando, highlighted the park’s history of hosting service members and their families. “For more than 60 years, SeaWorld has welcomed and honored military families to make countless lasting memories together,” Gilmour said. “This Veterans Day, we’re proud to partner with Navy Federal Credit Union to recognize their service and bring families together for moments of joy, reflection and celebration.”
Special military pricing is available through the park’s Waves of Honor program. Veterans can purchase up to six single-day tickets at a 50% discount. Eligible active-duty service members and veterans can also purchase a Military Silver Annual Pass for $169, which regularly costs $279. Veterans may purchase up to six annual passes.
The pass includes 12 months of unlimited admission without blockout dates, three free guest tickets and in-park discounts of up to 20%. Annual pass admission covers seasonal park events, including SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration and the Seven Seas Food Festival. Eligible guests must verify their veteran status online through ID.me at WavesOfHonor.com to purchase tickets and passes.
The Veterans Day weekend celebration will run from Nov. 13 through Nov. 15, with the patriotic picnic taking place Nov. 15 from noon to 4 p.m.
