76 Seminole County students quarantined after wrestling tournament in Orange City

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Almost 80 students are being quarantined after a wrestling tournament last weekend in Orange City, according to Seminole County Public Schools.

According to the district, 76 students are being quarantined due to seven positive cases.

Lake Mary, Lake Brantley and Hagerty high schools are shutting down their wrestling programs for a few weeks, the district said.

All three schools attended a wrestling tournament this past weekend in Orange City where the district believes many of the cases at those schools originated.

Hagerty High School is also canceling its large wrestling tournament that they were going to host next week.
