OVIEDO, Fla. — A woman was arrested after police said she struck and killed a bicyclist in Oviedo.
The Oviedo Police Department said on Aug. 16, a fatal accident happened in the area of Central Avenue and Sweetwater Creek Circle involving a truck and trailer loaded with tree debris and a bicyclist.
Witnesses said a female truck driver crossed into the bicycle lane several times before she struck the bicyclist. She then fled the scene.

Investigators said they found out through an anonymous tip that Tiffany Raymond was driving the truck at the time of the crash.
Police said Raymond turned herself in.
