THE VILLAGES, Fla. — An intersection in The Villages has reopened after a crash involving a school bus carrying 19 students on Tuesday morning.
The crash happened at County Road 466 and Sumter County Road 103.
Sumter County Superintendent Logan Brown said the students on the bus attended Wildwood Elementary School and Wildwood Intermediate School.
None of the students were hurt, according to Brown.
The driver who struck the school bus was arrested by deputies, Brown said.
Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances of the crash.
