Sunshine, cooler temperatures continue Wednesday across Central Florida

Sunny skies and lower 80s continue in Central Florida; When will rain return?

ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida is enjoying another stretch of beautiful weather on Wednesday, with plenty of sunshine, cooler temperatures and dry conditions continuing across the region.

Afternoon highs are expected to reach the lower 80s across Central Florida, keeping temperatures comfortable for outdoor activities.

Dry air will also help temperatures drop into the lower 60s overnight tonight, bringing another pleasant evening.

One of the biggest weather impacts continues to be the wind.

Gusts should begin to ease slightly on Wednesday, although occasional gusts near 20 mph will still be possible around Orlando.

Conditions will remain breezier along the coast, where wind gusts could reach up to 35 mph once again.

Those stronger coastal winds should finally begin to die down tomorrow, bringing some relief after several windy days.

Looking ahead, the next chance for rain arrives Saturday as another cold front approaches Florida.

Rain chances remain limited, so widespread rainfall is not expected at this point.

However, Saturday offers the best opportunity for rain over the next 10 days, with mostly dry conditions expected to dominate the forecast outside of that window.

Until then, enjoy the sunshine and comfortable temperatures, but keep in mind that breezy conditions will continue, especially near the beaches.
