FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — A teenager is accused of stabbing a guardian during one of several domestic violence incidents reported this week in Flagler County.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to four separate domestic calls Wednesday.
In the most serious case, investigators said a teenager became agitated after learning a guardian had been drinking and stabbed the guardian with a kitchen knife. The victim was treated at a hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening.
Deputies also reported cases involving another teenager accused of biting and scratching one guardian and striking another over a cellphone, a woman accused of throwing a gelatin snack during an argument and an adult accused of battering a family member while children were present.
FCSO said deputies made two additional arrests this month after one suspect allegedly pointed a loaded gun at a relative and another allegedly strangled a victim.
Domestic disturbance calls are slightly below levels recorded at this point in 2024 and 2025, according to FCSO. However, deputies have handled 68 alleged violations of protective injunctions this year, compared with 38 at the same point in 2025.
