TITUSVILLE, Fla. — All Titusville polling locations are open for Election Day, city officials said Tuesday morning as flooding continued to affect a road, two mobile home parks and wastewater infrastructure.
The city’s update, issued at 10 a.m., comes as flooding forced several polling locations elsewhere in Brevard County to relocate.
Brevard Public Schools and Eastern Florida State College remained closed for a second day, according to the city.

Country Club Drive at Raney Road is closed because of flooding until further notice. Officials said it was the only road closure in Titusville as of the morning update.
Standing water on South Hopkins Avenue, North Singleton Avenue and Dairy Road is receding, and those roads are passable, the city said.
Floodwaters are also receding in the Baker subdivision, where officials said flooding has been less significant than during the two previous storms.
Significant flooding at mobile home parks
The Cherrydon and Briarwood mobile home parks near the Osprey Water Reclamation Facility are experiencing significant flooding, according to the city.
Officials attributed the conditions to elevated Indian River Lagoon levels, winds pushing water toward the shoreline and heavy rainfall.
The higher water levels have raised a retention pond and limited drainage from the parks’ private drainage system, the city said.
Water facility remains over capacity
The Osprey Water Reclamation Facility continues to exceed its maximum capacity and is discharging fully treated reclaimed water into the Indian River Lagoon, officials said.
The Lime Street Lift Station remains in overflow status. The master pump station at the Water Resources Field Operations Facility has stopped overflowing.
City officials said they continue to monitor conditions.
