UCF student planning attack was drunk before killing self

ORLANDO, Fla. — The just-released autopsy report shows the University of Central Florida student suspected of plotting a campus massacre didn't have drugs in his system, but he was drunk.

James Seevakumaran tested negative for drugs, but the report showed his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit to drive.

He died from a single self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Investigators said he pulled the fire alarm in campus dorm Tower One last month to get students out so he could shoot them.

Seevakumaran instead took his own life after his roommate walked in on him.
