Someone started shooting during the fight and a bystander, 21-year-old Chad Gibbons, was shot and killed, police said.

Witnesses pointed to a car, which tried to take off. Officers chased it and were able to arrest three people, police said.

While officers were investigating that shooting, they received word about a drive-by shooting at the Macker Seafood Market on Mason Avenue.

Police said two people were hit by bullets and taken to the hospital.

Police said the shooters on Mason Avenue were reportedly in a shiny black Nissan Sedan.

No arrests have been made yet in that case.
