Daytona Lagoon waterpark to host job fair on Sunday

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is hosting a job fair this weekend to hire full and part-time seasonal employees for the 2022 season.

The Daytona Lagoon job fair will be held Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

“This is a great opportunity for teenagers, young adults, and anyone in the area looking for a new job opportunity,” officials said.

Various job positions are available, including lifeguards, admission cashiers, party hosts and more.

No previous job experience is required, and positions start at $11.10 per hour.

Officials said employees can also receive free and special discounted tickets and passes available for friends and family, flexible work schedules, free park admission, and discounts on food and retail.

The minimum age required for employment is 16 years old.

Daytona Lagoon is set to open on March 5 for the 2022 season.
