Deputies: Investigation into burglary during anonymous sex party helps nab man accused of having sex with teen

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A Volusia County man who deputies said had sex with an underage teenager several times is out of jail on bond.

Investigators said a burglary at the suspect’s home during an “anonymous sex party” helped lead to the arrest. Deputies said it was during that investigation that they discovered Allen had had sex more than a dozen times with a teen beginning when the teen was 14 years old.

The Sheriff’s Office said they were investigating accusations against Randall Allen, 63, when a detective posed as a minor and arranged to meet up with him at a Burger King for sex.
