A man shot and killed his roommate Friday evening in Ormond Beach, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the 1100 block of Avenue I in Ormond Beach. The suspect said he shot his roommate, who has since died.
Deputies are on scene of a fatal shooting on the 1100 block of Avenue I, Ormond Beach. The shooter, who is being interviewed by detectives now, reported around 8:30 p.m. that he shot his roommate. Death investigation is active & ongoing.
