OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A man and a woman were found dead Wednesday afternoon at a home in the Poinciana area in a murder-suicide, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said.

The deaths were reported at a home on Crescent Lakes Way near South Poinciana Boulevard.

Investigators said the man, Roberto Rodriguez, 25, and woman, Shantel Rodriguez, 23, were married. Deputies said the medical examiner’s office completed autopsies on the couple and determined Shantel was stabbed to death, and Roberto died by suicide by hanging.

The Florida Highway Patrol was also at the scene.
