Walmart’s “Deals for Days” early Black Friday sales event began Wednesday with some deals in place now and the promise of more to come as the month goes on.
This year, the retailer is spreading out the holiday deals in a series of early sales. The first one, which runs through Sunday, features deals on such items as vacuums, TVs and Apple’s Air Pods Pros.
The second sale begins on Nov. 10 and continues through Nov. 14.
Walmart is one of many retailers launching early sales this year. Some see it as a way to move more holiday merchandise during the season instead of limiting bargains to the weekend after Thanksgiving.
Others have voiced concerns over the supply chain and shipping issues.
