ORLANDO, Fla. — For Orlando White Castle fans the wait is almost over.
The iconic hamburger chain announced the grand opening of its Orlando location will be held May 3.
Since it was announced last year, “Cravers” have been eagerly awaiting the chance to grab some of the tasty burgers.
The 4,567 square foot restaurant still has the iconic “tower” but with a more modern industrial-style design.
The restaurant includes indoor and outdoor seating, two drive-through lanes, and is expected to create 120 new jobs.
The Orlando “Castle” is part of the $1 billion O-Town West mixed-use development near Williamsburg.
With the opening, the 100-year-old hamburger chain will officially mark its return to Florida since departing in the 1960s.
During the grand opening, the Orlando Castle will be open for takeout, dine-in, and drive-through service from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Regular operating hours will be from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., seven days per week.
