Tom Brady officially signs with Tampa Bay Buccaneers, team announces

TAMPA BAY, Fla. — The man who many regard as the greatest of all time in the sport has officially signed his name on the dotted line to become a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tom Brady and the team both made it official Friday morning with posts on social media.

The deal is for two years and an estimated $50 million in guaranteed money with incentives.

The move is certainly expected to excite many Florida football fans, as fans reported there were thousands ahead of them online in an attempt to purchase season tickets when the news was first announced Tuesday.

Brady, 42, is a six-time Super Bowl champion and three-time league MVP.

It was reported that his decision came down to the Buccaneers and the Los Angeles Chargers.
