Christmas Eve temperatures remain warm and breezy

ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida will see nice, warm and breezy weather throughout the day Thursday. We will see a high temperature of 80 degrees here in Orlando.

Tonight will bring some big changes to our weather. Rain and storms will sweep across the area between 6 p.m. and midnight. We could also see some strong/severe storms with damaging winds being our biggest concerns.

Friday will be much colder temperatures, with Christmas morning temperatures dropping to around 30 and 40 degrees. Central Florida will also have a wind chill advisory in place. We can expect high temperatures in the 40s and 50s on Christmas Day.

Looking ahead to the weekend, we can expect temps to get even colder with Central Florida seeing lows temperatures in the 20s and 30s on Saturday, with freeze watches in place.
