TAMPA BAY, Fla. — Busch Garden Tampa Bay announced the opening date for its newest ride on Tuesday.
The Serengeti Flyer will open on Feb. 27.

Theme park officials said pass holders will be able to take a spin on the ride early on Feb. 24.
The ride will send passengers soaring above 65-acre Serengeti Plain while experiencing multiple negative-G moments before plunging back toward the Earth.
