A local mom says a behavioral health facility for teens failed to protect her daughter from one of it’s workers who is now accused of having sexual contact with the girl.
Channel 9 first told you in August how a manager at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health was fired and arrested after police found a video showing the man in a sexual act with the then-15-year-old girl.
Now her mom shares her heartbreaking story and the changes in staffing she's now calling for at the facility.
