ORLANDO, Fla. — A deadly crash involving two Orlando fire trucks shut down a stretch on State Road 408 in Orange County early Friday.

7:50 a.m. update
• SR-408 eastbound has reopened.
• the roadway was closed for nearly six hours.
6:20 a.m. update
The backups are beginning to build on SR-408.
Alexa Lorenzo is continuing to monitor the delays on Channel 9.
All eastbound lanes are shutdown between Conway Road and Andes Avenue.

• SR-408 eastbound is still closed while Orlando Police investigate the fatal crash.
• Police now say two firetrucks were hit.
