Deputies: One injured in Seminole County shooting

SANFORD, Fla. — Seminole County deputies are investigating a shooting that sent at least one person to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were called to a contracting business at the 4500 block of Orange Blvd. just before 3 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they found one person inside a car with a gunshot wound to the leg.

Deputies are still working to find the person responsible for the shooting. They have not released a description of the possible suspect or suspects.
