ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police want to know who shot a teenager at a MetroWest-area apartment complex early Wednesday morning.
Shortly after midnight, investigators learned that a 17-year-old boy reported hearing a gunshot at the Hamptons apartments and soon after, realized he had been shot.
Investigators said officers located a small crime scene along 3200 Corona Village Way, but did not find a suspect in the area.
At last check, the teen was being treated at a local hospital. Police said his injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
