ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A car hit a teenager behind the Regal Cinema Movie Theater at the Waterford Lakes Shopping Center at around 9 p.m. Friday night.
Investigators say the teen was running from security guards for some reason when he jumped in front of traffic.
Emergency crews took the teen to Florida Hospital East where he later died.
It's not clear why the teen was running. His name has not yet been released.
