Cops: Man Also Took Up-Skirt Videos At Target

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — An east Orange County man is behind bars for a second time for allegedly shooting video under women's skirts in Waterford Lakes stores.

James Enos was jailed once for the same crime at a Home Depot (read previous report). Now, cops busted him again at another store right across the street.

For the second time in as many weeks, Enos found himself behind bars accused of video voyeurism; this time, investigators say he was shooting video up women's skirts at the SuperTarget in Waterford Lakes (see map).

"I wouldn't want to go there if I know someone is going to," shopper Kayley Wellmaker told WFTV.

Shoppers WFTV talked to were disturbed that the 52-year-old was allegedly targeting women half his age, placing a cell phone in a shopping basket and lowering it into position

"I'm glad they nabbed him. I don't know what I'd do if I came in contact with him. Probably knock him out," Waterford Lakes resident Nicole Martinez said.

The first arrest was for the same crime at Home Depot in Waterford Lakes, but after that arrest another detective realized he'd been called to Target in January for the same crime. When the sheriff's office reviewed the tape from Target, it appeared again to be Enos.

A security guard from Target then ID'd him in a photo lineup.

Investigators say, in both cases, it appeared Enos tried to delete the images from his phone before he was caught.

No one answered the door at Enos' upscale Eastwood Country Club home, where neighbors told WFTV off camera that they're shocked.

Enos appeared before a judge Thursday, now with two cases where he was allegedly captured on surveillance committing the alleged crime. Investigators say they confiscated Enos' phone, but he'd already removed the memory card that they believe had the video on it.
