ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A psychiatrist who sees inmates at the Orange County Jail is facing charges for insurance fraud.
52-year-old Arturo Hernandez was arrested Wednesday while working at the jail.
Hernandez, who works for the Orange County Health and Family Services Department, is charged with third degree grand theft.
Authorities said the charges are not related to his work at the jail.
