BUNNELL, Fla — A circuit judge has ruled that former Goomba's Pizzeria owner Joseph Milano, once known as Joey Calco, is indigent.
News-JournalOnline.com reports that the indigency ruling is part of the former mob hitman's trial on charges of battery, assault and possession of a firearm. The charges came about as a result of an altercation at Milano's now closed Palm Coast pizzeria.
