LAKE WALES, Fla. ,None — Polk County Sheriff’s Office agriculture detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in finding who shot and killed two bulls.
Sometime between Tuesday, Jan. 24 and Tuesday, Feb. 7, unknown suspects shot and killed two registered Brahman bulls belonging to Lightsey Cattle Company.
The bulls were killed on property located along Sam Keen Road near the north River Ranch area in Lake Wales.
The bulls were recently purchased and were valued at approximately $5,000.
