Singh claimed the women secretly installed GPS tracking devices on his vehicles and recorded private conversations.

Last month, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigated Singh’s office and recommended Singh be charged with official misconduct.

Those findings were turned over to the state attorney’s office, where they are under review.
