Earlier version:

SpaceX said it is targeting Monday for the launch of its ANASIS-II satellite.

The ANASIS-II is a South Korean military communication satellite.

SpaceX will reuse a Falcon 9 booster that helped “Launch America” and two NASA astronauts to the International Space Station. When this launches it would make a new record for a Falcon 9 Booster, with a turnaround time of 51 days. It will also break the record for the fastest turnaround for an orbital rocket, a record held by the Space Shuttle Atlantis of 54 days, 9 hours, and 14 minutes.

The company announced on Monday that the launch window will open at 5 p.m. and close at 8:55 p.m.

SpaceX hopes to recover the Falcon 9 booster about 8 minutes after launch by landing it over their offshore drone ship called “Just Read the Instructions”.

We will stream it live, here.

Weather looks fairly quiet for the launch hour. There is a 70 percent probability that the launch will happen on Monday during the nearly 4-hour window.
