Titusville man known for holiday home decorations arrested for producing child pornography, investigators say

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — A 71-year-old man known for his flashy holiday displays is in jail after allegedly producing child pornography, federal investigators say.

Ronald Brouillard was arrested Monday on child pornography charges after undercover investigators traced online file-sharing to his home on Margie Drive in Titusville, they said.

While executing a search warrant, investigators found evidence indicating that Brouillard was also producing child pornography. When confronted by investigators, Brouillard admitted to producing the child pornography.

According to records, investigators also found a hard drive showing Brouillard sexually abusing a 2-year-old girl in diapers.

Neighbors said Brouillard was known over the years for his Christmas and Halloween displays. He even won second place in the city’s holiday decorating contest, Titusville records show.

Neighbors also said they’ve seen some children come in and out of the home, but not many.

Brouillard remains locked up in the Seminole County Jail without bond on the federal charges.
