Buc-ee’s receives approval for new Central Florida location; here’s where it will be

OCALA, Fla. — A popular gas station chain received the green light to open a new location in Central Florida.

The company that owns Buc-ee’s was approved Thursday to bring another site in Ocala.

Buc-ee’s is known for its selection of snacks, clean bathrooms and over 100 gas pumps.

According to zoning documents, the company had applied last month to rezone over 32 acres of land east of Interstate 75 and near Highway 326.

The document said there would be 120 vehicle fueling stations.

The project’s start date is still to be determined.
