The team will take the pitch at Exploria Stadium for their opening day.

Fans and business owners can’t wait for the festivities to begin, and Khrystine Roman is one of them.

She owns Sublimation, which is right across the street from Exploria Stadium. The business provides high-quality prints for shirts, scarves and other items.

Roman will officially open her shop to the public on game day.

“We are really excited and also anxious because we have been waiting to open already,” she said.

Sunday is also the first home game for Orlando’s newest sports franchise -- the XFL Guardians.

Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company sponsors the team and will celebrate with a special brew chilled and ready to go.

Alex Gonzalez owns Out Of Many Street + Sol Kitchen on Orange Blossom Trail, between Exploria and Camping World Stadium, where the Guardians will play.

“Bringing in these crowds will generate the buzz and excitement for this area,” Gonzalez said.

Gonzalez said the Caribbean-inspired menu has not been selling as much as he anticipated, and he hopes for a big score this weekend.

“The biggest thing is the traffic and attention it will bring to this area,” Gonzalez said. “And as a new restaurant, we can definitely use that.”

Orlando city will raise its U.S. Open Cup Championship banner Saturday night.

The Amway Center will also be busy, as the Solar Bears and the Orlando Magic have games this weekend.
