CBP One app shut down immediately after Trump announcement

UNITED STATES — Effective January 20, 2025, the functionalities of CBP One™ have been shut down immediately.

The app, which previously allowed undocumented aliens to submit advance information and schedule appointments at eight southwest border ports of entry, is no longer available, and existing appointments have been canceled.

CBP One was a mobile application that granted access to various services provided by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The services included:

  • Check Border Wait Times
  • Apply for a Provisional I-94 Entry
  • Request and Inspection of Agriculture or Biological Products
  • Submit a Travelers Manifest for Bus Operators
