Check your tickets: Florida Lottery ticket worth nearly $100K set to expire

MIAMI, Fla. — Check your tickets. The Florida Lottery said a FANTASY 5 ticket worth $96,558.33 remains unclaimed, and the deadline to claim the prize is Tuesday.

Lottery officials said the winning FANTASY 5 numbers for the May 27, 2021, drawing were 5, 14, 16, 25 and 31.

The winning ticket was purchased at Winn-Dixie, located at 3275 Southwest 22nd Street in Miami.

Players who may have purchased at the store are encouraged to check their tickets from the May 27 drawing.

The FANTASY 5 top prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office.

Lottery officials said players can get additional information by calling the Lottery’s Customer Service Department at 850-487-7787 or visiting the Florida Lottery’s website.

Since the game’s inception, more than 943 million FANTASY 5 and FANTASY 5 with EZmatch winners have won more than $4.8 billion in prizes. Of these, more than 54,000 players have won top prizes totaling more than $2.6 billion, according to the Florida Lottery.
