Clermont woman accused of spraying swastikas on neighbor’s truck, police say

CLERMONT, Fla. — A Clermont woman is accused of painting hateful symbols on a neighbor’s truck.

Police said Yamil Lachapelle-Ortiz is seen in surveillance video, spraying swastikas on the vehicle at the victim’s home on Crescent Pines Boulevard on Tuesday.

Neighbors told investigators that Lachapelle-Ortiz has yelled racial slurs at the victim and his family many times since they moved there two years ago.
