Portion of roof collapses after Orange Co. home catches fire

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County Fire Rescue is at the scene of a house fire on Oaken Cove Court in Orlando.

Officials said the occupants weren’t home when the fire broke out.

Flames could be seen shooting through the roof of the home and part of the roof collapsed, according to Fire Rescue.

Officials have not said how the fire started, but the state fire marshal was called in to investigate.

No other details have been released.
