Daytona Beach police continue effort to identify woman found wandering around hospital

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Daytona Beach police are still working to identify a woman who was found wandering around Florida Memorial Hospital.

The department released new pictures in hopes someone will recognize the woman.

Police responded to the hospital Thursday after hospital staff found the woman, who seemed to be lost.

They said she appears to be in her late 20s or early 30s, and has several disabilities that inhibit her from communicating where she lives or her name.

The woman is in good physical health, police said. They would like to reunite her with her family.

Anyone who recognizes her is asked to call police.
