ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.,None — The lawyers of Zenaida Gonzalez released video from last week's deposition when she was questioned by Casey Anthony's attorneys.

In the few clips WFTV received, Gonzalez was emotional, and basically said she wants Anthony to admit she made up the story.

"You have to look at your daughter's face and say I cannot afford to take care of you right now... that's the stress, that's the emotion," Gonzalez said in the video.

Gonzalez was questioned in a 12-hour deposition.

"What do you mean by the severe emotional, pain, and suffering?" Gonzalez was asked.

"I guess you've never been accused of kidnapping," Gonzalez responded.

Gonzalez's attorneys claim that since Anthony used Gonzalez's name as the person who took Caylee, her life was ruined.

Gonzalez was questioned by police and had to quit her job.

Last week, Anthony's attorneys fired back, saying this is not the "Zenaida Gonzalez" she was talking about.

"She doesn't have the same name, not the same age, not the same height," said Anthony's attorney Charles Green.

At one point Gonzalez rolled her eyes when questioned by Anthony's attorney about what she's seeking.

"What's happening is the defense is trying to turn this and make it a case against Zenaida," said Gonzalez's attorney Matt Morgan.

Gonzalez said she wants closure and wants her daughters to hear an apology directly from Anthony.

"A national trial with unprecedented publicity where others are to blame for the disappearance and death of Caylee Anthony, that's not enough to give you the closure you need?" Anthony's attorneys said.

"No. It didn't come out of her mouth," Gonzalez said.

Gonzalez's lawyers plan to file the entire 12-hour of video and transcripts at the Orange County Courthouse on Monday.
