On Monday, runDisney announced a virtual 5K series centered around the worldwide phenomenon “Frozen.”

Anytime between June 1 and Aug. 31, runners can compete in one, two or all three “Frozen”-themed virtual 5K runs.

Runners can participate in the races anywhere — from a treadmill, mountain or wherever they choose.

Each event will feature a unique medal inspired by “Frozen.” Runners who finish all three will receive a fourth medal.

A themed bib and at-home themed kit that includes a start line, finish line and mile markers is available for download.
