Dutch Bros. plans another local coffee shop

Dutch Bros. plans to open another coffee shop in Orlando as part of its regional expansion.

The Grants Pass Oregon-based chain has proposed a 950-square-foot drive-thru at 12200 Lake Underhill Road, according to Orange County documents. The project would go on 0.52 acres currently part of a parking lot for a Lowe’s store.

Dutch Bros. spokesperson Madison Fahey said the location is in the “very early planning stages” and more information is not available yet. The proposed shop currently is going through preliminary review of plans with Orange County.
