‘It’s Diner Time’: Denny’s offers free coffee Monday to help with Daylight Savings change

ORLANDO, Fla. — Denny’s restaurants around the U.S. are offering free coffee Monday to help people adjust to the Daylight Savings time change.

The restaurant chain announced it is offering free coffee on Monday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. as a part of its “It’s Diner Time,” campaign.

As people return to work following a Daylight Savings time change they can often feel out of sync.

Coffee lovers can enjoy the free “cup o’ joe” to help fuel them past the time change slump.

“Denny’s is helping to ease America’s adjustment to daylight saving time, serving up diner comfort in the form of free, fresh coffee, when it’s needed most,” A Denny’s spokesperson said.

Officials said Denny’s Rewards members can access a coffee coupon through their digital wallet to redeem their free cup of coffee.
