KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Kissimmee will open a Wawa on Wednesday, the third location in Central Florida of the beloved Northeast convenience store chain.
The Wawa will open along U.S. 192 and Simpson Road just two weeks after a first location opened in the area.
The 24-hour store specializes in fresh, built-to-order foods like hoagies, beverages, coffee and fresh fruits and vegetables.
The chain is creating hundreds of jobs with plans to have more than two dozen stores opened by the end of next year.
