LAKE COUNTY, Fla. — State Road 44 is closed at Donnavista Place following a vehicle crash involving three horses, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said the crash has shut down the roadway in the area while first responders work at the scene.
Details about the condition of the driver, any passengers, or the horses have not yet been released.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until the roadway reopens.
