SANFORD, Fla. — Sanford police are currently investigating the burglary of an unmarked police vehicle parked in the Historic District in Sanford.
The burglary happened Wednesday sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Investigators said a Taser X26, Taser X26 cartridge and two loaded magazines were removed from the vehicle.
An internal review will be conducted to determine if the items stolen were properly stored in accordance with department policy, officials said.
