Mom accused of trying to prostitute daughters will not face charges

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — An Osceola County mother arrested on charges of prostituting her three underage daughters will not face charges, WFTV found out Friday.

In November, detectives set up a sting operation to catch Paula Howard.

Officers said they watched as she tried to get $20 in exchange for sex with her daughters.

But a representative with the State Attorney's Office said there was insufficient evidence in the case, so it will not go forward.
