Troopers search for truck after motorcyclist dies in I-95 crash in Brevard County

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A deadly crash shut down a stretch of Interstate 95 in Melbourne for hours Wednesday night.

Troopers responded to the crash site near U.S. Highway 192 around 9 p.m.

They located a motorcyclist who had crashed in the southbound lanes of I-95.

The Palm Bay man, 70, did not survive, according to FHP.

Troopers said they’re now looking for a white or light-colored Dodge Ram pickup that might be linked to the crash.
