Neighbor removes cement blocks from Osceola County man's driveway

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — An Osceola County man who came home to find a neighbor had taken half his driveway now has his driveway back.

Channel 9 reported last week that Oliver Lynch returned home to find cement blocks down the middle of his driveway.

Lynch said his neighbor did it, claiming half the driveway was on his property.

He said it happened without warning.

"I have little fight left in me, and I hate to see somebody bulldoze over me," Lynch told Channel 9's Ryan Hughes at the time.

On Tuesday Hughes learned the blocks have been removed.

Lynch said he and his neighbor spoke over the weekend and agreed the cement blocks should go.

Lynch said his neighbor told him he meant no ill will.
