ORLANDO, Fla. — Thousands of people packed downtown Orlando to celebrate the New Year.
Orlando police said they've been very busy, but they have not reported any major problems.
WFTV spoke with some of the party-goers who lingered well after midnight.
"Everyone was super nice on New Year's. It was a great way to celebrate the new year," said Ross Hogan.
Hours after the orange dropped, ringing in 2015, the streets of downtown Orlando were still packed with people and traffic.
Organizers of the party on Wall Street said they expected an even bigger crowd than last year.
"We didn't know what to expect, but it was a great time. People were super friendly," said visitor Taylor Ellison.
Early Thursday morning, the cleanup process began.
